Warranty Policy

At this time, MDBM's warranty policy is only available for UK orders unless otherwise stated. 

What is MDBM's warranty policy?

Orders qualified for warranty get 365 days of coverage! Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, normal fading or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

If your product proves to be defective in material or workmanship within 365 days of use, we will replace the item free of charge. But it does not cover normal wear and tears, damages that naturally and inevitably occur as a result of normal use. Common causes of wear and tear that would not be covered under the warranty include color fading, abrasions, stains, wear and tear on inner lining and seams caused by placing sharp objects inside the bag and overloading, and a general breakdown of the materials.
