How we're handling COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect businesses worldwide. We are doing our part in slowing the spread of the virus while we conduct our business operations. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure the health and safety of our team during this period. 

As we are a digital business first, customer service is still business as usual. We are available via our support hotline, email, and social media channels. As for operations, shipments are still going out as scheduled, but may be slightly delayed due to increased safety precautions at our workshop and warehouses. These extra precautions are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our teams as well as the packages we prepare and ship to our customers. The state of the local couriers can also affect shipping timelines.
